RETURNS & REFUNDS

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM
Our mistake, we make it right. Email support@nvushearts.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Do not ship it back yet. Once verified, you choose a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. We cover return shipping.

STANDARD RETURNS
Changed your mind or need a different size? Return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Approved standard returns are issued as store credit. You cover return shipping. Store credit never expires.

EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original for store credit and place a new order so your new item ships right away. Not sure on sizing? Email orders@nvushearts.com before you order and we will help you pick.

NON-RETURNABLE
Final sale and clearance items, gift cards, custom or personalized items made to order, anything worn, washed, or damaged after delivery, and anything returned without tags or a Return Authorization (RA) number.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email orders@nvushearts.com with your order number. We will send a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Returns without an RA cannot be accepted. Ship it back with the RA visible. Store credit is issued within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds post to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
